The Executive Director is responsible for the overall program and supervises all operations. The Medical Director is responsible for each client's physical well being during treatment, with the support and assistance of the Clinical Team Leader and the Care Team Coordinator (Nursing Supervisor). Pathways Treatment Center uses a number of methods and techniques for the development, approval, monitoring and evaluation of services provided to clients and their families. For the most part, the Treatment Team serves as the group that makes non-medical treatment decisions regarding each client. The Treatment Team is made up of the Clinical Team Leader, Senior Counselor, Primary Case Managers, Care Team Coordinator, Family Therapist, Adventure Therapist, Head Teacher (adolescent), Psychiatrist, Psychologist (as requested), and Pastoral Counselor. Pathways is licensed by the Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene as an intermediate care facility and is accredited by the Joint Commission. Pathways is pleased and proud to have completed and earned high praise in our efforts in providing high quality care for those we serve. |
